Anyone coloured the bit above the grill to give it the cupra look??? i have red one and was wondering if anyone has found any satin black stickers or something other than painting it?? to cover the bit above number plate and to the sides of it, cheers.

Is this what you had in mind? Sold in packs for the "b" pillars on some random renault. Posh sticky back plastic.

I did it to mine, did the top bit and the bottom red lip, only charged me £20 at my local spray shop and I think it looks loads better! :)

I bought one already like it off of Ebay, think it was seresmotors on here selling them though..

Was a pain in the arse to chance, should have been a five minute job but I just couldn't get the clips out on mine!

I’m looking to get a few stone chips and a bloody replacement side skirt jack point cover painted in a few weeks. Looking at yer pics, I would be fool not to get the black work done at the front as you have done, at the same time. Looks amazing, very subtle but makes the motor that bit more aggressive...

Would you mind telling me what type of black paint you used (matt, gloss, colour code etc) or was it just a black that the body shop used...?

This was a pic when i had just had it done. done by a VW bodyshop. got them to paint all the under the bumper. i just called it Matt black.
