No way, my 2005 leon FR 150tdi was written off in a car crash and I pushed and pushed for more money out of my insurance company.I aint going to admit on here what they paid out but if I added 6K to it I'd be looking at a FR 170 with all your options and a full aero kit painted & fitted.

I reckon that you'll be close to 19 for the MK2 there. Getting bout 13 for your MK1 which is an 06 right? Would say thats not bad, dealer prob wont make much on your MK1, which will prob be about 13,995 when they put it on the forecourt. Always push for as much as you can though! I was thinking bout changing but buying pre reg and worked out it prob would cost me 6k - 7k. then again my MK1 is on 05 with 42k on the clock! At least you'll have a big grin on your face when you get it!!!

Just over £19K for the MK2.
Some dealers over here were only offering £11k for the MK1.

Problem is there is only 6 dealers or so over here.
Hopeful there may be a bit more in the deal maybe £500 or so but that would be the limit.

And the MK1 has a bad chip on the door where some opened their door against it and the are a couple a bad scrapes low down on the front bumper plus a few stone chips all of which would probably cost £400-£500 to fix and then a service in the not too distant future.

Plus i can have in white FR in a week or so and not have too wait 12 weeks like most.

Would like to change for £5k but i dont think that will happen.

Cheers Sean......

I think you can get a better deal tbh. Aim for them to give you at least 12k for yours.
