FR TDI 170 Modifying

I have a FR TDI 170 bhp and planning a few mods in the next few months.

The frist mod will be lowering it on Eibach springs, but not sure if I should go for the sportline or pro-kit. Then looking into quick shift, dpf pipe and remap.

So I was just wondering what you have done be it good or bad, what are you planning next

This is a list of what i've done and going to do to my TDI FR.
Done:
K&N filter panel (until i get a full induction kit)
KW v1 Coilovers lowered by between 35-40mm
Eibach anti-roll bars
Cupra styled front bumper
Cupra B and C pillars
Gloss black on all plastic exterior trim (strip across top of bonnet and wing mirror mounts)
Audi Anthracite respray of 18" andromeda alloys
Chrome wing mirror caps
GTi pedals
Chrome instrument surrounds
6000K M-Tec HID kit

To be done:
330mm 4-pot Brembo brakes in Silver and slotted discs (Ordered and should be on next month)
DPF delete and remap to potential 240bhp (thats why i'm not skimping on brakes)
Full sports exhaust (not sure what brand will depend on compatibility with DPF delete pipe
Induction Kit

Maybe:
Forge motorsport quick-shift kit
Aero kit spoiler or some spoiler of some sort( something subtle)
Stubby aerial
Full xenon conversion with headlight washers and auto-levellers
front splitter (might stop me from using multi-storey car parks as it's lowered, scraping will be an issue i believe)
lighter weight 18" alloys
If the turbo blows after the dpf delete and remap i might upgrade to a hybrid turbo.

My total spend so far with the brakes comes to over £3K, so will be looking at £5k when all is done.
I've had the car for a year and i'm loving it. There's so much that can be done it's knowing when to stop

Hi Chan some great mods there. Coming from Scotland also, do you get most of your work done at Star Performance.

Have been thinking of getting them to quote for some work

Hi jigme,
Yeah i get my major mods done at Star performance. Top guys there. Jim is very honest about recommendations. atm he won't touch a TDi FR for remaps as he can't be bothered with clients coming back with DPF issues. He told me once a DPF delete option becomes available for him, he may offer a package as he is the main tuner in central scotland. Prices are pretty good too and you can get some discount if you do several things at once.
My suspension was done in about 3 hrs and Jim says my brakes should take round abouts an hr or 2hrs at max.
THe minor mods on my car are fitted myself, but paint work is done by MRM coachworks in edinburgh near murrayfield
