not sure on bolt size and i dont know if you know but you have to wind the piston back into the caliper not just push. if you just push it back you may damage it.

How - with a wind back tool like whats contained in this kit

Why - to reset the handbrake mechanism within the caliper.
am i glad i read this post. probably do the rears later this year and would have likely destroyed something!. i did the fronts a few months back - no probs.
