Found CAN ID of DPF

Hello,

I'm making a fixed display for the DPF (Seat exeo)that shows me the typical, temperature, percentage, mass of particles...

I'm connecting directly to CAN bus, but I can't find the 0xXXX registers to read it, does anyone know where I can find this information?

I made some screenshots of what I read with a DPF at 80%.
