I know its not a very good idea to put in a dump valve as the turbo runs on recirculating air so it uses a recirculation valve, my cupra is my first turbo'd car and would like the woosh noise (yes im still a kid) this seems the D.V to get. Any reviews?

Anything that dumps to atmosphere is liable to cause issues as the ecu will see it as a leak.

Removal of the bonnet lining, adding and open cone filter and remapping the car should make the whoosh louder, and is fine ecu wise.

If your a proper kid. Remove the DV completely and block all 3 hoses.
It is not advisable but does give off a nice chatter sound (compressor surge)

If you want the dump vavle sound, take standard dv and put cold air side other way round. Then block off cold air feed hole it came from, but personaly i would not run car like this all the time.
As for open cone filter i found the noise good but performance is poor, just my opinion
