forge side to side short shift

as the title suggests , fitted 1 of these today from awesome, (thanks andy).
seems fine , not startling but more feel and better matched to the car.

5 mins to fit , bloody hours if you drop the circlip :cry:

How much would it set you back to get both sets then? This is one mod i'm definitely interested in, and wouldn't mind doing the installation myself too...

Remeber these guys are talking about the one form forge (6spd) Cupra/R version, I've heard of people having problems trying to find 5spd ones!

Forge's website says there not suitabe for 1.9 diesel application, hav ei miss read this?? Will it fit my 53 reg Cupra TDI

I've just recieved a front to back one today, gotta wait till my birthday though before i can fit it, but i can't wait not long now.

I've got the Front->Back one fitted, and the difference is amazing, even on the longest setting...

I've read that the side->side shifter isn't really worth the money, as the reduction in throw is not as noticable, but then I've not tried one, so can't comment directly.

Might have to find someone local that has one, and "have a feel" so to speak...oh err misses.
