Good Morning all,

I'm doing some mods to my 1.4 tsi cupra atm. Done intake and bigger intercooler. waiting for exhaust and remap.
I've got a forge spacer on atm but looking at getting the forge dump valve kit, I've heard it better at holding boost? Anyone had good results with this. Also is this how you connect a boost gauge to the car? Can't seem to find the answer or a guide on here .

Any information will be great.

Cheers

Hi mate , I've done the same mods to my car and would defiantly recommend either the forge duno valve or recirc valve as after I had mine mapped the standard one was causing the car to lose boost pressure

Currently have a recirc valve on and everything works fine :)

As for a boost gauge attachment you get a little spacer that goes down the back of the engine for extra vacuum pipes to be attached too ( pain in the arse to fit ) , I'm guessing with a T piece you'd be able to add a boost gauge :)

Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply!

I'll get one ordered.

What sort of BHP are you making with them mods?

Good stuff ! , how much are they now ? , got mine 2 years ago and it was about £200 , got a fancy keyring with it though

Unfortunately no boost gauge fitted , so i wouldn't know of the best route , would be cool to see once you've fitted one though as I have thought about it .
And if you ever get your car dynod let me know so I have a rough idea for mine haha
