Just a quickie...

The Cupra's up for its 40K service tomorrow and was just wondering if there is any regular or preventative maintenance that needs to be done on Forge dump valves.

There is a leak test guide on the Forge website

Plus Forge will send you a free 'servicing kit' (rubber seals and lubricant etc) if you email them nicely on these forums.

Yeah they'll send you a servicing kit, although only one rubber seal, fitted, but the grease was good.
Even the replacement piston didnt fit.
Hmm i think i'll take it back to them tomorrow .

Mine was spot on, 2 seals and the new piston fitted, plenty of red grease too

Maybe just a rogue one, Forge have awesome customer service.
I'm there tomoz fitting the FMIC, so may ask if they can swap!

Ditto. Had one the other week and came with 2 inner seals, a cap seal, bag of grease and the internal valve was a mint fit. All arrived next day FOC.
