Ive been wanting a dump valve for my lcr210 but everyone on here has told me this is a bad idea as it buggers the engine, people keep tellin me to get a forge 007 valve, where could i get one of these? how much? is there much difference from the standard set up?

these are probably questions that have already been answered on this site but if someone could enlighten me i would be grateful;)

around £85 available from most of the forum sponsers.
similar to standard setup but uses a piston rather than a diaphragm so is 100% reliable + can cope with more boost for WHEN you map it ;)

i got mine from DPM and they were great and very helpful, i think it was about £85, would will need hose clips though as these dont come with it (1 small two large) i dont know the exact sizes....sorry, im sure someone on here will though. when i bought my LCR i changed this straight away and you can tell the difference as my standard one was fecked as it didnt hold itself all the way up when on vacuum.

cheers

I think Green would be too weak for my map as it dumps perfectly at the mo. Yellow was too stiff for the standard map though, I found that the DV wasn't opening as easily as it should...luckily, it was only running like that for a couple of weeks.

I got my recirc from Larkspeed but cannot remember what type it is, its definately piston valve, it works great it got rid my lag when changing gear and the turbo comes straight back in unlike the bosch which u would have to wait for the turbo to start spooling again
