foggy headlights

hi

i have just brought a leon fr 05plate thats only covered 20k so its lead a shelted life. but since havingit i have noticed that the headlight seem to get condensation in them. have been told this is a normal problem with seats is this correct? how have people stopped this from happening if this is true??

i used to get it really bad, first thing is to dry it out so after a drive when the engine bay was warm i left the headlight access panel covers off. To stop the condensation coming back i drilled several little holes at the bottom of the hidden side of both heatlightn access panel covers to allow the air to move around and also added silca gel bags held to the inside of the headlight cover with some duck tape.

Yes mate it is a common problem. I've stuck a packet of silica gel to the inside of each headlight. There's a thread on here about this problem.
