FMIC Pipework

I know there are a few intercooler kits around but they all seem expensive, the intercoolers themselves aren`t really that much , if i bought a FMIC say 600mm long would anyone know what pipes, couplers and straights,etc i`d need??
When you look at the kits laid out there isn`t really that many pipes but need to know what i need before i think about braving it or do i just dig real deep and buy a kit??

may as well buy a kit less hassle and its all there i bought a pro alloy one well happy with it cheapest one i thnk

How much are they roughly for the complete kit for the LCR??

well pro alloy was about 590 on group buy if you speak to wayne he may sort you out search on here theirs loads of info about them

If you were to save your self say £250 it would be worth it but at this price I couldn't say no
It still hasn't turned up yet so I'll get some details when it arrives
