Fluctuating Boost?

Well after a year of happy motoring I finally have a problem with my Cupra. :(

Last Monday I had my BF turbo back system and Forge TIP fitted, and all was well, it was pulling hard, and even boosting a few more psi than usual. Happy days. :D

Then the same night when I was out seeing how it performed, I accelerated in 4th at lowish speed, and my boost guage showed it went right round to over 20psi which is unusual, so I backed off straight away, but I knew something had happened, a coilpack had gone. Dropped it at SEAT in the morning, 4 new coilpacks the next day FOC.

The problem with the boost is still there though, if I accelerate putting the turbo under load from a slow speed letting the boost build, instead if it just holding at around a bar, it's hitting 20 then dropping off to nothing, boosting back up, then nothing. It's not stable at all. Could this be down to it flowing more air more than before with the new mods, or is my N75 goosed, or something else? If I accelerate off the line through the gears it seems to be better but you can see the boost fluctuating up and down, just less severe.

Mods are:

Dynatwist
Forge TIP
BF Turbo back
CC Phase One

Is there any way of checking the N75 to see if it's ok?
