flooding in backseat passenger side??

noticed a problem in the past week in my car.

when a passenger stepped into the back they found a small puddle on the floor, when i had a look over all the floor i seen it was only the passenger side at the back that has this problem, no where else.

there is no evident leaks on the roof, the windows, the sides ANYWHERE! its doing my head in!

has any1 else had this problem before and even if not any help given would be appreciated.

my 07 plate leeks through the doors seals! not good when it rains and water ends up on the dash and your leg... on both sides lol

mine had same problem check under the bonnet under the windscreen scuttle pannel the main wiring harness goes into the car here. look and see if the grommet has come off. the drain hole from the gutter is directly above this. you wont know the front is wet because the carpet underlay has a rubber top to it in the front but this will be sodden as well. water runs in a channel in the floor pressing under seat and pools in rear footwell. was a carpet and unlerlay out job for me with hair dryer and doors open in good wether trying to sort it took ages to do

The exact same thing happened to mine, turned out the wee grommet under the windscreen channel had popped out, and overflowing water was dripping right in, running down my amp cable and into the footwell.

Just attack it with some silicon sealant like i did, sorts the leak, then take the carpet out and put in an electric heater for a day or so. Jobs a good un!

thanks guys, i'll have a look tomorrow and see if i can find this grommet.

hope this is the problem and i can get it fixed this week before the weather gets any worse.
