My car is having another funny turn

Switched on the enigne the other night, Temp gauge red light flashes and beeps. thought umm thats a bit odd, the car was warm and had been parked for ten minutes. got home, parked up for another ten minutes and went out in it again, no beeping no flashing light.

satrted up to go to work so cold engine and -1 outside, starts beeping and flashing.

since then it has done it 3 or 4 times but i cant reproduce it at will.

I had the termostat, header tank and water pump replaced last year when it pack in 150 mile from home

I also have the problem where the fans blow the fuse on the fuse box although its onlt done it once and the fuse is intact.

any ideas? a sensor somewhere pershaps?

Coolant tank sensor is faulty. Do a search. If its under warranty dealer wil replace FOC, otherwise its not a big deal I have been lead to believe.

Crisis over, the stupid owner (Me) obviously didnt do a very good job of checking the fluid levels in the header tank. DOH!!!

added some coolant and hey presto the beeping stops!!!
