Hi all!
I've just treated myself to defi gauges and a nomad pillar pod:funk: and I have a coupl of questions to those of you that would know. First of all what is the best thing to use to secure the gauges in the pod cos the cups you get dont fit in the pod and secondly where can you get the adaptor the oil senor fits into and how much are they?:help:
All that can help me would be greatly appreciated!

Nah they are blacked out when the ignition is off and light up in either white, red or blue depending on which one you have when the ignition is on. Try www.defi-shop.com to see which gauges they do. I think the gauges made by autogauges are quite popular with people who want them to suit the LCR dash. Try a search in google or sumet for autogauges. I think its all personal preference when choosing gauges. I fancied ones to suit LCR dash but when I saw the defi's I thought they were the muts nuts. Have a look to see what you think!

I see what you mean about the Defis. I take it you got the amber red ones? Do you need the Defi control unit or just the 2 gauges? It says 'Defi-Link Meter BFs need to be connected to Defi-Link Control Unit II'.

Did you get the adaptor sorted out?

I take it the 2 gauges you got are turbo boost and oil temp?

I decided to go for the white ones because I think there would be too much red plus my HU is lit up with white letters. As for the control unit yeah you'll need one of them like you say to run the gauges the benefit being you can connect up to six gauges I think so you dont need to wire each gauge up seperately. I got a boost gauge and oil temp yeah.
I've not sorted the adaptor out yet no just need to get a price off some people but i've been busy last couple of days!
