fitting milltek cat back system

where have people had these fitted as i want it cheap, but also want a good job is it hard to fit a cat back system yourself and is there any other parts need that dont come from milltek themselves? thanx in advance gaz!

I had mine fitted under my car. :confused:
All the parts needed are included though.

i meant a local garage or a place like jbs and other tunning places sorry!

Mine was fitted by Awesome but there was a problem as my car did not have the cupra bumpers :whistle:

My rear bumper DID have a cutout in it (which I did phone Miltek about :rolleyes: ) but it still would not fit :headhurt:

I had to have the rear box cut off and re fitted a few miles up the road :happy:

I don't think it will be that hard if you have the correct tools to do the job(nut gun/ramps ect)

right as i would like to do this myself and if its just a few bolts i think it will be ok only to parts to connect the middle to rear silencer and middle to cat so ill have a look at it and see what happens

Gaz if you dont want to do it on axle stands on the drive, I would take it to a local exhaust place. When I fitted my Cupra exhaust bits from Devonmike, I took it to Tanvic Tyres - £30 sorted:D

right thanx mate at work said around 30 to fit still a bit much for fitting i think as i have shelled a bit out as it is mate at work has worked for tyre and exhaust places he siad he would do it for nothing but kind of like doing things myself ill look under it then make my mind up thanx maxcars at least i have a price now on it!

IIRC you have to cut the system at the rear to clear - I think it indicates where to cut. This will also allow the new owner the chance to buy an OEM sleeve to fit the system to their car. :whistle:

really mines is from the cat back and they told me it will be bolt on and off type thing comes ready to fit

I mean getting the old sytem off if its been on the car from new:lol:
