I am going to be fitting my door pockets this weekend.

I have the screws to hold them onto the door card but how do you align it up perfectly and know where to put the holes for the screws??

Also will i have to cut a circular hole in the door card behind the speaker pod so the speaker will fit in the pod correctly??

Thanks in advance

Line them up on the front and tape it there, then you can put the screws in.

Yes you need to cut the door card

And no unless you put massive speakers in ( which you wont be ) then the window wont hit the speakers.

But how do you know where to put the screws in because i dont have any holes in the door card just now??

Im fitting a set of 6.5" JBL GTO607c speakers. so these wont affect the window?? There are 2 small plastic bits on the bit of the speaker pocket you screw the speakers to, is it alright to cut these off?? Because i cant get the speakers to align up wit the holes where you put the screws.
