I would think these are ok ish to fit. Please correct me if i'm wrong and i'll get a garage to do it.

The front looks like i just unbolt everything and put the neuspeed on in. anything to watch out for or any special tool.

Ho do you do the back on can't see where it is attached.

I'm going to do it in my dads pit if i can.

front:

make sure that if the steering rack is unbolted then make sure the steering wheel does not rotate.... i would recommend taping it too the dash to stop it rotating. (this will snap the slip ring for the air bag if you dont.

apart from that its not too difficult...

rear is a peice of cake (apparently)

Only done about 10 miles since i fitted it due to the car being off the road but...... the miles i did do have been flat out and it handled really well. I've got it set in the middle hole. Bill was saying he has actually drilled another hole to get it even stiffer!!

i had just rear on for a while, handled ok, got front on now and loads better, but the difference from the rear was insane, i'd say if anyone doesnt have rear on get it on now

When fitted i can hear the bush's when driving slow speed? Cuz if i do all the bush's my car will make a right noise i reckon its not annoying because the handleing has improved.Just wanted to know if it is normal or have they got to bed in?
