Try searching bud
Loads and loads of threads on this and many other topics
Try 'atmospheric dump valve', 'induction kit', 'remap'
If you've not heard of Star performance in Kirkaldy give them a shout about performance mods and general VAG stuff, very knowledgeable, honest, excellent workmanship and well priced
The search button is top right of screen

cheers mate just a bit new 2 me this forum
Nae bather dude
There is masses of information.
If its any help to you for a turbo'd car you want to get as cold air as possible into the turbo so a
Front Mounted intercooler would help alot (Forge £620 in Group Buy now, Awesome GTI section)
A cold air induction kit (CAI) like BMC CDA (£200)
Forge
Split R DV (£120 I think) better than plastic OEM one and makes noise too

Also getting the exhaust gasses out as quickly as possible
3" Down Pipe, 200 cell catalitic converter and 3" system (piper approx £1,100)

And a remap after this by say Star performance £500

As for handling
S3 strutt brace (£60 from Audi)
Neuspeed Anti Roll bar rear (£150)
And perhaps Coilovers with height and bump adjust
KW varient 2 (£1,000 fitted from Star with tracKing and geometry sorted)

With all this lot you'll get a car that impresses your mates and makes you smile
and worry some subarus
