So after a long while trying to find one in the spec I really wanted I pulled the trigger and picking this up tomorrow!

150bhp 1.4TSi engine, not quite a cupra but happy enough with it!

Looking to get the Rieger front splitter, and wrapping roof and mirrors. What other subtle mods can be done? Possibly a spoiler...

With the grilles can you buy black ones or different ones not sure on the difference or fitment of cupra ones. (obviously wouldn't have the cupra badge)

Congrats!

Which grills are you refering to?
There are different types of grills you can fit. They are from the other trim packs like excellence or dynamic. You could also either wrap or plasti dip the chrome part on the grill.
Have a look at the Air Design Splitter as it was origionally designed for this model and i have yet to see one with it on in the UK. would certainly be unique.

I was just wondering if the cupras had a slightly different hex pattern they look slightly different! I'd probably just wrap the trim then, I work for a sign company so get the material cheap as chips to do all that.

That splitter looks cool, I like the additions to the bumper from it really different. I quite like the Rieger due to its slightly OEM+ look.

There is a bit more depth to the cupra grills. The hexagons overlap a bit more, but aside from that i don't think there is much difference.

Nice car. Enjoy it.

Some OBDEleven or Carista mods may be helpful too.

Mirror fold on one click.
Rear DRL’s on (depending on cars age).

Lots of others. Check out the OBDELEVEN forum for what can be done.

Just going through the sticky thread on OBD now! I'd like the mirror fold for sure and rear DRL's they just look too good to not have on!

Nice one thankyou

It also is the CZEA engine code, is this the EA211 base from what I've read? Can't see much write up on the CZEA, for some reason.. anyone know much about them? or has one?

I like those wheels too. I have the Titanium limited edition 18'' diamond cut ones but I prefer yours.

They look like 18 inch performance alloys...I have the same.

I have the 150 1.4 as well, very nice engine. The 2 cylinder mode is a nice feature. Not sure why the 1.4 with 2 cylinder mode has so much more power than the ones that don't have it.

The 1.4 engine is very similar to the 1.2 engine, if you were looking at the two side by side you wouldn't be able to see much of a difference, they look identical, other than the cylinder shut off pieces on the 150 1.4s

I had no choice they were already fitted on mine at registration...but I had to pay an extra £250 for the privilege!

The wheels on my car were part of a £700 pack that included the wheels, grey mirrors and something else so trivial I still don't know what it is. Dealer told me but jiggered if I can remember, or care.

I actually think 17'' is the sweet spot for Leon alloys. 16'' is too wallowy and 18'' is too crashy. Wouldn't mind if the bigger wheels offered more feedback but they don't.
