1. Put a K&N air filter on the car last week and ever since it has been running sluggish. Any reasons for this and whats the benifit of having a K&N apart from it sounds a lil bit more beefy.

2. Thinking of taking the spare out but what do i fill the massive gap thats left with. obv want something that can be removable.

3. heard alot of talk about the N75 (J) + (H). what one is best.

4. What size is the standard exhuast pipe that i will need to connect the new one too. looking at getting just the back box for now but what size do i need to get.

5. is the N249 bypass really worth it. got my forge arriving on wednesday. could i do the bypass with the standard valve for now so its already for when the forge arirves.

prob all stupid questions but trying to find all these answers by searching was taking a while and hard to find simple answers for a simple person.......me lol.

Thanks in advance

1. If the filter was over-oiled it will destroy your MAF sensor causing large performance losses. I run a dry open cone filter.

3. Stick with the version of N75 you already have, probably C or F. Many fit a J but most go back to stock. The J will cause your turbo to spool up quicker but many report that it causes surging and or lower constant boost.

4. I believe its either 2 inch or 2.25.

5. Yes you can do the N249 bypass using the standard valve. Some feel its worthwhile, others don't. Personal preference.
