faulty central locking

just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem as me.

i lock the car with the remote and it all locks up fine, but a couple of times when i come back to the car its unlocked. it did it once at work and twice overnight this week. luckily no-one has been in it.

has anyone else encountered this or know what may be causing it. i dont really fancy someone taking my car.

My drivers door did this last week, locked the car with the remote, door pin went down but the door still opened and set the alarm off. Found out the lock and catch mechansim had gone, it just wouldn't hold the lock.
Phoned the parts guy at Seat found out there like £88 to replace, got one for £15 from the scrap yard, he did say they were a common problem though

Not sure if this helps though mate
