Fault Codes - Please Help!

Had amber light (engine management?) on the dash for a week now and finally got round to scanning it today, produced the following codes:

17586 P1178 Linear 02 Sensor / Pump Current Open Circuit
17589 P1181 Linear 02 Sensor / Reference Voltage Open Circuit
17604 P1196 O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Electrical Malfunction

Any ideas on what needs doing? Have searched and suggested oxygen sensor? But none of the threads seem to have all of these appearing at the same time. Car is a Leon S 1.6 16v.

I'd have to say that yes it looks like the PRE-CAT Lambda probe needs replacing - sorry! Maybe unplug it and check the condition of the contacts of both the plug and its socket first, spray with WD-40 and plug>unplug a few times and see if that helps, if not then its new probe time!

Don't get confused by the "pump" part its not talking about a pump as we know it!

Thanks for the info RUM4MO, will check to see if it is a bad connection/dirty etc. in the next day or so. Any idea how much the offending item may be if it does need replacing, and is it something I could change myself?
