After 2 years it's off. Going back to needing a towcar for 1500+kgs so the 55 plate 2.0 tdi sport dsg is up for sale - if I cannot shift it by the month end I'll PX it.
Yes, I'll miss it. It's an enjoyable drive, though not the most comfortable in the world in view of the performance and handling. A pleasure to drive solo though. Holds the road superbly well, the dsg box is a dream, and the torque delivers the power through feeling like it's never-ending. Good and spacious inside too.
I'll not be sad to see the back of the Seat dealer though. They are simply the worst. It will go with warranty work outstanding as parts ordered at the November service are 'still not in'. Not on order more like. And there's no point wasting energy with them, they are one-pace wizards. It will stop me buying another one in the future.
Someone will get a good car - 21000 well cared for miles and a reasonable asking price, plus a few extras and 9 months warranty left.
If I didn't own it already I'd probably buy it!!
