The rules are here to keep threads relavent to the subject header otherwise you end up with tons of crap that is not relavent and then it generally devalues the whole site. If you want to contact someone PM them, thats what its there for. Cupranet is as good as it is IMHO because of the tight moderating, something that rarely gets mentioned.

the forum has rules, if you dont take the time to read them then break them do you not think we should point you in the right direction as to go about doing it? And then to throw personal insults is just not on - IMO you need to buck your ideas up a bit

Well why dont you stick around, weve all fallen foul of the rules one time or another, its just whether you are man enough to deal with it and crack on. This site has got alot to offer which im sure you will benefit from.
