Thought you might be interested in this. I did have a DVD player fitted to the system, via the Dietz1212 adaptor, but this buggered up. So I decided to get a USB hard disk media player, fitted a 60gb laptop hard disk in and hey presto, out with the cup holder and in with the media player. Just a different option for you as there isn't much room in the leon for a dvd player as the cd changer is in the glovebox.

I just need to tidy up the area around the player now which is doing my head in slightly.

To power the thing I bought a £5 travel adaptor from Argos to get the USA power adaptor working in my house. For the car I bought a cigarette lighter power adaptor from Eurobatteries for £15 delivered. It needs 5v AND 2amps to run it. Makes sure you get the 2amps bit.

That looks good!

Out of interest, do the cables come with the Media Player for connecting to a normal TV?

yes the player does. It has one plug which goes into the end A/V socket, this then splits into the three video, sound left and right leads (yellow red white).
