UPDATE, Called Seat customer care on the 0500 number i found on here somewhere, They called back to say they were getting the part for me in 7 working days.... Its still 7 more working days on top of what i've already waited but i guess its better than 6-10 weeks

I wonder if Seat will be attempting to compensate me in any way???
