Fabia Rear Aero Wiper

As we all know the standard wipers on leons are gash to say the least!
I have replaced my front ones with ease and i dont know how i lived with the standard ones.
However,
I am finding it very difficult to find a fabia rear wiper, ihave trieds the usual ebay etc to no avail,
Anyones help would be greatly appreciated.

my local skoda dealer in dundee did't have it in stock but had it ordered in in 2 days for me and the arm blade and cap cost less than £20 all in. try Norman Fairwether skoda if your ever down dundee way. the boy on the parts desk was a decent guy and said he'd sold a lot to leon drivers.

Skoda stealer is where I got mine from, just over £20....
I think any VAG stealer will get hold of them though.

Have you looked in the sticky thread at the top of this forum with a shed load of part numbers in?

Get the details off there and head down to your local Skoda dealer.

Got mine from a skoda dealer in Epsom was a piece of pi$$ to fit use leoncupra.co.uk to get the right numbers, took 5 mins to fit, looks and works great !! Did you get the aero front wipers from wiperblades.co.uk, they are awesome with stickers on that gradually warn you when they need replacing.

If you nip round to specialist cars parts department in East Tullos in Aberdeen they will sort you out with all that you need. Dont bother going round to the skoda garage as they just send you round there anyway. Got mine for just under £19

What did you change the wipers on the front to then? Am about to sort the rear out but if theres some mileage in tweaking the fronts then Im all ears...

You could try the vw touran rear wiper. That's an aero too. can be ordered from vag parts. failing that any vag garage. there's an image on there too.

The fronts have two options:

1. change your wiper arms and wiper blades to vw golf aero wipers.

the passanger side is slightly longer thogh. you've two options there: trim the wiper blade down (which i would not recommend) or adjust the alignment of the wiper arm.

2. try the valeo wiper blades (these aero wipers come with the standard wiper blade fitment but i don't know how good they are).

I've fitted the golf mk4 wiper arms, got them from a group buy of ukmkiv's.net last year for £55. they're great!!! i initially cut down the passanger side wiper blade which was ok, but when i come to replace it i will adjust the alignment of that arm cos the cutting down of the blades is a royal pain!!
