Fabia / MK.4 Supspension

i know there are a lot of similarities between the fabia and the MK.4, but are the suspension setups the same?

ie. are the springs the same diameter and have the same locating coil diameters, fixing etc

I believe so, just better shocks as the rebound rate is slightly more comfortable.

what about the length of the rear springs are they also the same?

very specific i know, just having an idea

do u need a set of springs , have unused spax ones here , minus 30mm , part number on them mentions both fabias and ibizas ,

thanks for the offer, but i already have the spax 45mm drop sat in the garage and i'm not keen on them, too soft
found koni to be firmer, but for the ibiza they only drop 30mm and leave the arse end up in the air.
the koni spring set for the fabia are 40mm drop and according to briskoda lower the car evenly
looking at koni's online catalogue, the shocks have the same code/part number for both cars but as said they have different spring kits, just thought of mixing and matching

i found the konis hard to set right , on my 6th suspension i found the perfect set up

FK coilovers , slammed and perfect
