Different turbo is the biggest thing, but the entire engine layout is different, manifolds are different, exhaust system is different, ECU is different, some of the main engine components are different... there is a massive amount of difference really.
If you want to get a Cupra to LCR power, you can simply add a stage 1 remap, filter and decent exhaust. That should see you at around 210bhp with similar torque figures.
But then if you applied those same mods to an LCR you would be on the sunny side of 260bhp

i think compression ratio is different.

inlet manifold is different but i think thats more down the the differnt routing of the pipework than for performance.
the main thing is the turbo as those who do a k04 conversion get similair power.
however there are lot of small differences.
