hi mate, not spoke to u before on here Don't know if you've sorted an exhaust out, but I would suggest getting a custom one done. Lots go to Powerflow as they can make you one thats right shape, level of sound etc for reasonable price. I got mine done at a local garage which was similar type of thing.

yer ive heard of that being done before one of my mates had it done on his. im gettin red of my 1.4 now. gettin a cupra insted of throwin money at a 1.4.
yeh makes sense, just hard to keep a car standard once you get the taste for modifying you're hooked
yer its hard to start again but its well worth doing it on a car with more power. 1.4 are great tho more eco and look nice ive just got bored really! are you thinking of a change this summer ?
lol afraid not, only had mine for just under 4 months and it's my first car so can't afford anythin thirsty atm.
fair enough ive had mine for two years now im sure you will feel the same. great first car tho once lower with alloys handles great just a shame thier only 60hbp.
yeh totally understand that mate. Plan is to keep mine for 2 more years then get something pretty quick ( TDI or some descriptions probs) Im insured on 'rents new style passat 2.0 tdi which is fantastic, hooked on the torque!
get a cupra 1.8t i cant wait to get mine still high on insurance but cant put a price on fun. anyway nice talkin to you mate catch up soon also if u know anyone who is interested in buying my 1.4 with 43k and full service history pm me going up for sale next week!
