In the last week, my car has got very VERY loud under boost. (Like an elephant farting down a well). I suspected that I might have a fault with my BlueFlame turboback. I managed to get it checked today on a lift and there is nothing wrong with the exhaust or the turbo-dp gasket.

leads me to believe that it's most likely to be a crack in my exhaust manifold. There's no noticable drop in power and it hasn't thrown any codes. I haven't had a good look but you can hear/smell exhaust on tickover from that area.
My options would seem to be
Can anyone tell me how much a replacement OEM manifold is likely to be / how many hours labour is involved in fitting?
The other though that's crossed my mind is that seeing as the turbo has got to come off in order to fit a replacement manifold, should another turbo go back on?
What are people's thoughts?
