Right the the light has just come on my car i have a blue flame exhaust if i took the car to the dealers and it was the senser on the exhaust would they or could they say it was the exhaust?

probably either a coil pack failing, lambda sensor or a slight glitch that needs clearing, get a local yocal with vagcom to plug it in and read it for free rather than pay for a dealership who will try it on and charge you.

aa can but usually you need to have broken down and also home start etc, depends what way you play it with them, their error codes can differ from vagcom too ive found.

I don't have vagcom I'm afraid, but just a "heads up" as I have a Leon Cupra and am in Denmead, just down the road from you :)

I will keep an eye out for LCRs - don't seem to see too many around here, to be honest.

i disconnected the battery for 5 mins then took the car out for about 25mins no light does any one think it could be a change in fuel been using tesco 99ron for a while then on friday night put in optamax only driven the car about 15 miles since friday before the light came on?
