Evening all,

I need a screenshot or two from ETKA please, the car lost all coolant from the heater matrix area, originally it was thought it was just the 'o' ring that had perished and let the water flood out but it seems to be a bit more severe than that. So I'm looking for a shot showing the 2 aluminium pipes going into the matrix itself. Any ideas on the cost/partnumber of the matrix as a worst case scenario would be good too.

It's on a TDI sport with climate control if that helps.

T.I.A.

OK the heater matrix part number is 6Q0 819 031 and vagcat shows a euro price of 85.20

The feed hose is 6Q0 122 157AA at 20.55 Euro and the return hose is 6Q0 121 073T at 6.05 Euro. I say hose, as thats what the site says.

EDIT - they go into a metal "all in one" pipe that looked like a bracket. 6Q0 121 064J is the number, no price found.

If you PM me your email address, I can email you the illustrations, but I recommend you register as its a great tool for all VAG cars up to MY05.
