ESP Kicking in Too Early

I have a LCR with a few suspension mods: front & rear Eibach anti-roll bars, Koni FSD dampers and Eagle F1 tyres all round. The car grips phenomenaly well compared to standard - minimal bodyroll and very little understeer.

However, the ESP is kicking in far too early! On a spirited drive today I was taking corners at a fair speed, the car was just gripping to the road and powering through with no loss of traction whatsoever. However the damn ESP kept cutting in and braking individual wheels! Yet there was no need for it to do so at all!

Does anyone else suffer from this problem? Are the ESP default settings now far too restrictive for what I have done to the car?

Yep.....my ESP is w*nk !!!
Cuts in all the time on excelleration, I put a thread up about it a while ago, as it still works even when you try to turn it off.
Admittedly I have standard suspension, im about to order some coilovers, but in my opinion, that ESP should be totally switchable. I would have mine perm OFF !! :ban: .....lol

then i would get the yaw rate sensor checked as these sometimes need recalibrating or are faulty

Just to clarify, I'm talking about the Stability Control part of ESP, not traction control. Its the stability control thats the problem.

As for getting the sensors checked I'm not sure that would help. I've got a feeling that the ESP is calibrated for a standard car and thinks I'm going off the road at that speed/angle :/ Perhaps it needs re-calibrated or turned off via VAGCOM...

I know your talking about the stability side of things, my general point is the whole thing is a pain in the a*se........if it can be disabled, let me know how !!
