"ESP" Getting on my nerves HAHA

Hi guys I've got an issue with the ESP system on my LCR.
When the system is "on" everything is normal and works as it should. But when I turn the system off (ESP light somes on) and want to do some spirited driving like at a track the ESP continues to work!
I realise the TC works seperately as the wheels spin up with ease but the ESP still kicks in the same as it would if it was on!
This is highly anoying as I'm quite old school and love the feeling of the car moving around under control of course haha, it'd be much more fun to have a wee slide uninterupted by the over excited ESP!
I cant be the only guy who thinks this
Is there a way to completely disarm the ESP? Is it a remap thing or is it a fuse job?
Any tips or advice would be welcome, unless its to do with driving style haha

i would have thought pulling out the fuse for the abs pump would work, you'd have to reset the codes for the drive home after.

The TCS/ESP system works through the ABS control unit so it'll knock off everything like the ABS,TCS/ESP.
