Error code and dash warning

Hi all,
New to the forum and come seeking help!

I have a 2019 Ibiza FR and currently have a warning triangle on the dash and the message ‘error: hill hold assist’.

I have checked the battery and that’s fine. I have bought a OBD2 reader and using car scanner can see that it seems from the live data that the right rear speed sensor measurements are occasionally out of sync. I have attached screenshots of this. The difference is minimal but it just seems to every now and again go out of sync with the others. Could this be my cause of the hill hold error message (I.e I just need to replace the right rear and sensor?

The scanner has also highlight the following code:
00188
Control unit: 03. ABS control unit

I can’t seem to find anything about this code. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

UPDATE
Thankfully I have managed to fix the fault :). In case anyone else gets the same here what it was:

As well as the hill hold error message I also noticed my rear parking sensors and reverse light were not working. I checked the sensors were clear of debris and the reverse bulb was fine.

After a quick research there is a reverse light switch on the gearbox. Basically it’s a switch which is engaged when you select reverse. When engaged, the switch completes the circuit and activates the reverse light and parking sensors.

You can access the reverse switch from the top. You can’t see it but I managed to reach under and unclip the loom. I’ve added a pic showing the wire which goes to the switch.

After unclipping the sensor I found one of the wires had broken free. I ordered a new pre-wired connector plug from Amazon, connected the wires, plugged in and hey presto, no more warning message, hill start works again as does the reverse light and parking sensors :)
