epc light and sudden power loss

hi all, i have mk4 ibiza and i get akind of jolt and loose power but if i come off the accelerator and then back on its ok again, also epc light comes on occasionally. i had this problem about 9 months ago and when i changed a fuse it seemed to cure it but it`s doing it again now and all fuses seem ok. can anyone help?

your throttle body might need setting up, you can do this using a vagcom

Maybe you should post up the engine type/code etc.
