Engine "On"

My Tavascan is parked, off & locked, plugged in & charging. However the My Cupra app is saying that the Engine is on, cable unplugged & charging is not available.
Extremely frustrating. Reinstalled, but stayed the same. Got back in the car & turned on/off, but no change.
What can I try to resolve the issue.

I've had a few bugs with the app saying my Leon is unlocked when it isn't. I suspect it's a buggy app. I'd suggest posting a review in the app store to report it.

Mine (randomly) when locked says the lights are on...and they aren't.
