Engine oil for 1.8T Cupra 20VT??

Hi guys,

Hoping someone can clear up what sort of fully synthetic engine oil I should be using in my 2003 Cupra (standard 180bhp spec)??

I've searched and I've heard good things about Millers but there seems to be some confusion about which spec it should be (e.g. vw503.00, vw503.01, vw502 etc)?

Can anyone help shed some light? Although it's not due for a service for a couple of thousand miles the oil is beginning to look a bit murky so might just change it myself.

im using 5w40 fully on mines, whats your mileage?

On 22K now, but had it's last service at 15K. The previous owner hardly used it and so service schedule has gone a bit out of kilter - all checked over at 15K by APS and everything hunky-dory though.
