Engine Mount In Cupra R

Hi all.
I was talking to someone the other day and they recomended replacing the engine mount on my cupra r.Just wondered what effect this actually has on the car and is it worth the money,also they mentioned fitting a stut brace but i have been told by other people they are really a waste of money as cars today are much more rigid any way than they use to be.If they are good what make is the best and has any one fitted them?

Do a SEARCH for Dogbone engine mount and strut brace and you'll find all the information you could possibly need. It's been covered many times before.

I was thinking about changing my engine mounts to VF mounts (not the dog bone the others) anyone know which ones are the sam eas i cant find leon specific ones?

My HPA dogbone mounts vibrate like crazy but they do the trick
