engine cover spray

well i handed my engine cover over last friday for it to be neatened up, primered and sprayed. had a MMS message yesterdau of the progress and just thought id share it with you. not completely done yet, just needs to be laqured, but due to crappy weather down here, its not going to be done until the weathers a little better due to be finished by monday.

gone for samco blue and arctic grey to match the car as well as possible

just waiting for hosing to be ordered now then the engine cover will be back on :)

lol mat !! pop the hood looks 156!! hit the road its 212!!

yeaa rocky thought id go for the coverlook, can always remove it if i dont like it i suppose only cost me £40 :D

took mine of when i done my filter and dv never put it back on. was thinking of going down the sprayed route then i will only have to polish the inlet mani instead of everything or maybe im just being lazy.

just collected the finished product not going to fit for a week or so, need some more new 1/4 turn engine cover clips, and gonna order my hosing too

Was thinking of doing the same thing with mine but keeping the carbon centre piece (being an R) but painting the red part yellow,

but got told to rip the thing off so i did, good on you for being different though.

cheers, gonna get it on the car sometime next week hopefully, dont wana rush and get it on risking that the paint and laquer aint completely set making it look shabby!
