Got a few faults on the car.

Sorted the MAF but can't seem to remove the Engine coolant temperature circuit sensor?

I let the car cool down, took the first 'horse shaped' clip off that then allowed me to remove the sensor, now how do i unplug that sensor from the wiring to put my new sensor in?

I don't want to pull on it to hard incase it brakes and i can't see how it unclips/comes away from the connector?

Also got a Evaporative Emmision System incorrect purge flow fault whats that?? even the SEAT people didn't know the cause

Sorry meant horse shoe shaped.

Sorted it now, uncliped it to reveal SEAT gave the wrong part, my sensor it much longer than the new one they supplied for my car.

So put the old one back, refitted and didn't put the clip on properly drove down the road and big bang, pops, splutters, sh*t noises smoke etc burning...

Stop to find the sensors come out of where it plugs to, so off now (in diff car) to get some more engine coolant now the sensors fitted properly.

Thankfully i stopped when it happened, there is still engine coolant in the tank but it's well below minimum and the burning smell etc was just the coolant over the engine. (will clean Saturday)

So there we go laugh at my misfortune :(
