Eml help

Right before the search police step in, I have already done a search and cant find the solution to my problem.

Basically my eml light and t/c light are on causing the Revo remap to turn off!!!!
Plugged a Rac fault code reader in and it came up with the following codes:

o2 sensor heater circ, bank 1-sensor 2, short to ground
sec, air inj sys, pump relay circ, short to ground
sec air inj valve open
turbocharger bypass valve short to ground
maf or vaf a circuit low input
tank vent valve short to ground

I think the one i have highlighted is the problem but dont know what to check.
Ive tried changing one of the lambda sensor's but to no avail.
Anyone any ideas???

Have you checked your fuses? Alot of short to grounds there

Fuses were my first thought, checked them all, even replaced a few because they looked old.
