electro lumiscent boost gauge which is the best

has any one got an electro lumiscent boost gauge if so any pics im trying to find one to buy and saw one on here some time back but cant find it now,also which should i go for a psi or bar version its a standard leon cupra at the minute but will be getting jabbad soon,thanks

id go for psi much more accrute if not runnin really high boosts

make sure you get a decent manuf of gauge, msot of us imported ours from the states from a company called autometer, none of us have had problems with them!

ebay ones are usually noisy, and poor quality.

I know which id rather have connected with 21psi going through it

Some TT owners (& Nobber on this forum), use these gauges.

I have an autometer boost gauge and I prefer it as the scale is in PSI not bar. However the ones above do look very nice in the flesh.

Id stay away from that stealth one if i were you. I have the auto meter one and its great at night but if any sun shine son it you cant read it.

Those stealths are VERY nice.... Seem to remember they were "loud" though?

Didn't someone say they were at in traffic on the M6..... ripped out the guage and threw it into on coming traffic because it was ticking so much?
(Or rather ALMOST did...)

Creaks, things hitting, pining tapping etc. Its hard to describe really, but basicly you can hear it working. I dont usaully hear it, its only when i have the radio down or off
