Electrical problem on start-up

So for about 3 or 4 days now my 2017 Leon 1.0 Ecomotive has not been doing Stop-Start as it usually does. And yesterday I tried starting the engine in the early morning and all interior and exterior lights starting flashing on and off in a random/quick sequence. I had to keep the key turned in the ignition for about 3 or 4 seconds before the engine started.

Any ideas as to what the problem / cause of the problem is?

Thanks in advance.

Probably a low state of charge on the battery. Once the battery falls below a certain %, stop start will not operate. Difficulty starting also indicates low charge.
