So my drivers side light and rear light are out!

Its not the bulbs or anything i tried swapping etc,

so when i brake my sidelight comes on, side repeater lights up slightly as does the rear indicator, but if im indicating right at the same time as braking its flashing really quick.

So im stumped, i also have the random wiper issue, only problem is i cant find a loose earth anywhere, which is what i thought it could be.

Any help appreciated

sounds like you've got a wrong bulb in there somewhere...i.e. a dual filament bulb in a single filament slot or vice versa...OR a bulb that's broken and connected both filaments. Usually a brake light does it, so check both the bulbs!

Try removing the bulb completely and then testing and see if it still happens, also check and try removing other bulbs on both sides! It really does sound like a dodgy bulb

Just realised i didnt post the outcome, it was the light switch, a few contacts had burnt out so a quick dissassembley and a clean and hey presto lights back,

Just dont drop it and break an led like i did,

Nothing worse than having a problem and reading a post with no solution
