I have a 2011 model year seat leon 1.8 tsi (not a cupra of FR). I am on 18 inch wheels with 225/40/18 tires and KW street comfort coilovers. The coilovers have transformed the car and are easily worth their cost. However I feel as if the car isn't planted enough. There is still more body roll than I would like. This is especially apparent at higher speeds on very twisty roads. I was therefore considering upgrading my sway bars to bigger ones from eibach (both front and rear).
My goal is to reduce body roll yet maintain the superb comfort and control that I currently have. I don't want a huge rear bar that will turn the car into an oversteering pig. I'm after less body roll and neutral handling characteristics. Thus, not any extreme oversteer or understeer.
Would the eibach sway bar kit be the best solution to my demands?
Also, does anyone know the thickness of the eibach sway bars and the stock sway bars?
Thanks
