I have been told by a mate that if you have revo or summit like that you should reset the ecu and then go out and rag the car so the ecu learns. Is this worth doing???
The ECU has an adaptive learning programme in it, granny it around for a week and it will feel slow when its booted, but if you give it a good thrashing for a few days and every now and then the ECU will learn your driving style
Nothing to do with having Revo... if your ECU pulls back (adapts) then it's best to do a reset. Basically if it's hot, your fuel isn't so good and the adaption levels are low it can be worth resetting once in a while.
I've written about this loads on here, might be worth doing a search!
